Actor, director and actor of some Albanian films of Kinostudio!

Born in Korca on December 6, 1954. He is an actor and director. He graduated from the Institute of Arts for actor in 1976. In the same year he was appointed to the Theater "A.Z Cajupi" of Korca. In the classic play "Otello" he successfully plays Jagon, notable for his interpretation, the ability to keep the conflict heated and loud.

In 1982, he starred in Moliere's comedy "The Miser"  in the role of Valerie, leaving a deep impression, making visible his talent as a fast-paced, full-fledged, passionate actor with a stage and imposing presence in action. He further beautifully interprets a rude as well as servile figure, the role of director in R. Pulaha's drama "Teacher of Literature". Equally accomplished is the role of the mayor in the other drama "The Accused City" by Teodor Lacos. Over the years, Guri Koco leaned more towards comic roles, presenting his own tendencies in this genre.

Evidenced in Aristophanes' comedy "Lisistrata", all his talents as an actor will be turned into goals and trends in the field of directing. Thus in v. 1997, always on the stage of the Korça theater “A.Z. Cajupi puts the comedy “Jovan Bregu refugee ", where good directorial qualities emerge, but still in full bloom. Safer on the road to directing seems to appear in 2002 in the comedy of Dhimiter Psathait "O deputy, O liar". The comedy "Wake up Vasil" (2002) by the same author was also successful this year, as well as another comedy staged in v. 2007 "The Kiss of Xenopoulos". But the greatest success in directing, Guri Koco will achieve in the comedy "Hypocrite" by Dh. Psathait, thanks to a delicate work he had done with the famous actor Aleko Prodani in the role of Quixote.

He has also participated in several feature films such as "The Monument" (1977); "People in the Current" (1989); "Mao Ce Dun" (2007) or even after 2000 in some performances of the National Theater such as the drama "Wrong Dinner" (2011) as well as performances in the Metropolis Theater in the comedy "There is no man who betrays my wife" by the director Milto Kutali (2011).

There are many roles as an actor with the Korça theater troupe as well as with the variety show of this city.
